Custom applications
Portals, internal systems and job tracking built around the way you operate. First we look at where manual work piles up today, then we design the first part and build it so it can be tested in day-to-day operation.

A tool that follows the operation, not the other way round
Companies often have a process that took years to settle and works. Off-the-shelf systems do not know it, so either a licence is bought and the operation bends around it, or the gap is filled with spreadsheets and e-mail.
A custom application answers the second case. First we walk through how a job travels across the company and who touches it. Out of that come screens, not a list of features.
We build in parts so you get value before the whole system is done. How we handle ownership of data, accounts, code and infrastructure depends on the project. The scope of the handover is settled in the contract before the work starts.
What your own application brings
Work that follows your process
We design the application around how a job really moves through the company. You do not bend the operation to someone else’s template.
One place instead of spreadsheets
Data that lives in Excel, e-mail and people’s heads gets one place, with history and access rights.
Only what you use
You are not paying a licence for dozens of features you will never switch on. The scope grows as needed.
Connected to its surroundings
The application can reach into the invoicing, stock or e-shop you already use and pass data on.
Access by role
Everyone sees only what they need. The client their orders, staff their day, management the whole picture.
Clear handover terms
Access, documentation and the scope of the source code handover are settled in the offer and the contract before the work starts. So is whose accounts the application will run on.
Applications we have built

WCRM: leads and tasks instead of spreadsheetsAn internal CRM for Walio sales: leads, pipeline and follow-up tasks.
Walio: a loyalty system for businessesA card in the wallet, a terminal for staff and a portal with reporting.
Branuál: a brand manual as a website, not a PDFPages, blocks and an asset library with publishing. Our own product. How the work goes
Every stage has an output we agree on.
The brief
We go through the operation step by step and find where time is lost today.
Output: A list of screens and roles.
Interface design
We design the screens first and write code after. A change in the design costs a fraction of a change in a finished application.
Output: Screen designs we agree on before development.
Development in parts
We build in working chunks. After each stage you get the agreed output to comment on or try out. You are not waiting for one big delivery.
Output: A working part of the application to try after each stage.
Running and growing it
We hand over access, documentation and source code to the extent we settle in the offer and the contract before the work starts. We train the people who work in the application. After launch we watch for errors and add what the operation calls for.
Output: A running application, plus access, documentation and code in the agreed scope.
What we choose from
We do not start with technology. First we look at what people in your operation need to get done, who is involved in the process and where manual work piles up today. Only then do we propose the scope and pick tools we can run long term.
Three scopes we meet most often
The prices for each scope are indicative lower bounds from the calculator, excluding VAT. They are not an offer: we prepare an exact price once the brief is clear.
First version
One role, one main process, deployment and handover. Good when you need to check the tool fits.
- Design of the key screens
- One user role
- Deployment and handover
Operational tool
Several roles, a link to invoicing or the e-shop, overviews for management. The most common scope.
- More roles and permissions
- Links to existing services
- Overviews and exports
- Training the people
A customer portal
An application your customers use too. Sign-up, notifications, payments, several languages.
- Customer-facing part
- Payments and documents
- Notifications and e-mails
- Development after launch
No exact brief?
We go through the current way of working together and suggest where to start.
We will say when you do not need us
An off-the-shelf tool is enough
When your process fits an existing system, we will recommend it. Custom development pays off where a ready-made solution forces you to change how you work.
You expect savings within a month
Development is an investment for years. If you need a result within a month, we will point you to a faster route, even when we do not earn on it.
What the application connects to
What you ask before building an application
Did not find your answer? Write to us and we will reply within two business days.
How much does a custom application cost?
The price comes from the scope, not from a price list. After the first call you get an indicative range. Once the brief is clear, we prepare an offer with the agreed scope and price. If a fixed price suits the project, it is stated right in the offer. You can get a rough range in the calculator.
How long does it take?
A first version is usually a matter of weeks, an operational tool months. We give an exact date after the brief, because before that it would be a blind guess.
Can we start with a small part?
Yes, and we recommend it. We build one part you start using, and decide what comes next from real experience.
Who owns the application?
How we handle ownership of data, accounts, code and infrastructure depends on the project. Access, documentation and the scope of the source code handover are settled in the offer and the contract before the work starts.
What if the company changes?
We build the application so it can change. Changes are handled along the way, not as a new project from zero.
Will you connect it to our current system?
If it has an interface or an export, yes. With older systems we check first and say what is possible and what is not.
